What is the typical lead time for an order?
Since many of our pickups are hand-wound to order, the average lead time is 3 to 7 business days before shipping, depending on current demand.
Can I request a custom pickup configuration?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom orders. If you need a specific string spacing, unique lead wire, or a custom wind, please contact us directly via the support form.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 14-day return period for unused pickups in their original packaging. Please note that once a pickup has been soldered or installed, it is no longer eligible for a standard return.
Do Lundgren Pickups come with a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by improper installation or modification.
Are mounting screws and springs included?
