We stand behind the craftsmanship of our hand-wound pickups and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, uninstalled condition. If your tone isn't exactly what you expected, we are here to help you find the perfect match for your instrument.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the pickup in its original protective packaging, ensuring all mounting screws, springs, and wiring diagrams are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked service to our workshop in Sweden, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the pickup has not been soldered or modified, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 business days.
